As an experienced leader, with a background in operations management, Dana Ott, is the navigator for Ott Building Co. Always looking for new and diverse projects to challenge and engage our team, Dana sees every new job as an opportunity, not only to expand upon our capabilities as a company, but to continue to build our reputation of reliability and professionalism. Dana has a background in stone masonry and brickwork, coupled with time, spent in residential, commercial and infrastructure construction. He values hard work and meticulous planning.

Sean Maloney – Lead Carpenter

With over 30 years experience building custom homes throughout the GTA, Sean’s expertise and in-depth knowledge ensures that no detail goes unnoticed. From forming foundations to custom cabinetry, his skillset is the closest one can come to a “Jack of All Trades”. Through his career, Sean has built many custom homes, as well as equestrian facilities and even airplane hangers! With Sean leading our team on site anytime a clients asks, “Can you do that?“, the answer most certainly a “Yes!”

Bobby Haig – Carpenter Apprentice

In an age where the assumption is that young people do not want to work, here at OBC this is not a problem we encounter. For this, we can thank our apprentice, Bobby. His tenacity and eagerness to learn, becomes apparent both through his work ethic and quality of work. In his second year with the company, Bobby’s understanding, not only of carpentry and finishing, but also of masonry tile and drywall work, makes him an adaptable and invaluable member of our team.
